We stand behind every bracelet we craft. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Your spiritual satisfaction matters to us.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be within 30 days of delivery date
  • The item must be in its original condition — unworn, undamaged, and unaltered
  • All original packaging, pouches, certificates, and tags must be included
  • Custom orders (Destiny Bespoke) are eligible for return only if defective
  • Virtual services (Remote Merit & Blessing) are non-refundable once the ceremony has begun

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at 75576061@qq.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Await Confirmation: We’ll review your request and respond within 24-48 hours with return instructions
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in original packaging and ship to the address we provide
  4. Tracking: Provide us with the tracking number once shipped
  5. Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, we inspect the item within 2-3 business days and process your refund or exchange

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued through the original payment method:

  • PayPal/Credit Card: 3-5 business days after approval
  • Store Credit: Immediate — ideal if you’d like to exchange for a different item
  • Exchange: Processed within 1-3 business days; shipping of replacement item follows standard processing times

Note: The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Wrong Item: We cover all return shipping costs — we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label
  • Change of Mind / Size Exchange: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Exchanges: First exchange ships free of charge; subsequent exchanges incur standard shipping rates

Size Exchanges

We offer free size exchanges within 30 days:

  • Contact us with your order number and desired new size
  • We’ll arrange the exchange at no additional shipping cost to you
  • Please refer to our Size Guide to ensure accurate sizing
  • For custom-sized Destiny Bespoke bracelets that don’t fit, we offer one complimentary resize

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered by the customer
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Virtual services (Remote Merit & Blessing) once the ceremony has been performed
  • Sale items or items purchased with promotional discount codes (final sale)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos showing the damage/defect
  • We will arrange a prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • Upon inspection, we’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice
  • No restocking fees apply for defective items

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Processing: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they enter production (typically within 24 hours of ordering)
  • In Production: Custom orders cannot be cancelled once crafting has begun
  • After Shipping: Cannot be cancelled — follow our return process instead
